ALCS code of conduct
25/09/2012
As part of our continued commitment to providing a clear and transparent service for our Members and in recognition of the continuing policy discussion concerning the governance of collective management organisations, ALCS has developed a draft code of conduct for consultation purposes, in accordance with the British Copyright Council's principles.
The code of conduct sets out what Members can expect from the services we provide. It also provides details of the steps Members can take if those services do not meet their expectations.
We’d like to hear what you, our Members, think about this draft code of conduct. We aim to formally launch the finalised code of conduct in November, so if you do have any comments or questions on the subject, please contact richard.combes@alcs.co.uk by 1 November 2012.
