Copyright Education and Teachers resources
Authors’ rights awareness and copyright education are important strands of ALCS’ strategic plan over the next three years.
We have been working with key partners in order to be able to maximize our reach to key audiences, and over the last couple of years ALCS has worked in conjunction with CILIP (the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals) to provide copyright education resources for teachers to use with their students. The educational resources have been produced alongside the CILIP Carnegie and Greenaway medal shadowing scheme which works with and extended network of teachers across the UK.
Two packs have been developed; one for children aged 6-11 and one for children aged 12-16. They are intended as a fun but educational resource for children and teachers alike.
Please follow the links below to access the relevant packs.
