ALCS strives to be an Employer of Choice.

Performance is tied in directly with our Performance Management Process which affects salary reviews at the end of the financial year.
We seek to provide clear lines of communications between all employees at every level. We have developed an internal communications policy to facilitate the appropriate cascading of information throughout the organisation. This gives employees ample opportunities to feed into the decision making process at the appropriate level and to ask relevant questions.
