Google settlement hearing update

Changes to the Google settlement are to be presented in court by 9 November.

The parties have come to an agreement that the date for completing a Claim Form to be eligible for Cash Payments will be extended. The date was previously 5 January 2010 but is now 5 June 2010.

The Court has set 9 November 2009 as the date for the filing of an amended Settlement Agreement and a motion for preliminary approval of the settlement as amended.

You can Claim your Books and Inserts at anytime but in order to be eligible for Cash Payments for Books and Inserts, you must complete your Claim Form on or before June 5, 2010 (previously from January 5, 2010).
