Booker shortlist 2012
This year’s Booker Prize shortlist, announced earlier this week, has a good mixture of big names and lesser known writers. Most notably, two first time novelists have been featured on the shortlist: Jeet Thayil and Alison Moore.
The shortlist also includes writers Tan Twan Eng and Deborah Levy who have both been rejected for the shortlists before. They stand among big names Hilary Mantel and Will Self.
