ALCS Annual General Meeting

The 48th ALCS Annual General Meeting will be taking place on the 26 November 2026 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole, Kings Rd, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN1 2FU.

Guests are invited to arrive from 11:30, with formal AGM proceedings beginning at 12:00. A buffet lunch will be provided afterwards, with the event ending at 14:30.

Online AGM

For those unable to attend in person, the AGM will be available to live stream via Zoom. Proceedings will begin at 12:00 and attendees will be able to ask questions around the agenda items via the chat function.

Please note that attendees will not be able to vote on agenda items via Zoom and will need to have submitted their votes in advance. You will receive details on how to vote on agenda items in advance within your invitation by email or post.
