An update

Jo Revill will be moving on from her role as Chair of the Board of the Authors’ Licensing and Collecting Society and Co-Chair of the Board of the Copyright Licensing Agency on 28 July 2023 in order to pursue other opportunities.

In her time as Chair and Co-Chair, Jo has made a valuable contribution to both the ALCS and CLA. At ALCS she has led the Board through a period of change, working with the senior leadership team to take forward the organisation’s strategy and focus on digitisation and using her skills and charity expertise to set up reviews of governance and pay. After a record distribution year for our members she leaves the organisation in a strong position to meet the challenges and opportunities ahead. Both Boards would like to thank Jo for her commitment to writers and rightsholders and we will miss her energy and diligence.
