September 2017 Distribution

ALCS will pay out around £9.5 million to 25,000 members in September. Payments should reach members' bank accounts by 27 September.

ARE YOU DUE A PAYMENT?

If you are, we will:

  • Send you an email to your registered email address to let you know your statement is ready for download
  • Put a notification in your online account to let you know that there is a new statement available for download

If you don’t receive an email and there is no notification in your online account, then you haven’t received a payment this time. It’s worth remembering that the September distribution is the smaller of our two distributions.

We’re not sending out any paper statements to members, so you’ll need to log in to your online account to access them. We are in the process of contacting members who haven’t got online accounts, to give them details of how to set this up. Alternatively you can contact us and we can go through it over the phone with you.

MAKE SURE YOUR WE HAVE YOUR CURRENT BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS

Around 600 payments failed in our March distribution, so if you’ve recently changed your bank account, please let us know by 7 SEPTEMBER 2017.

KEY DATES

7 September – last date to tell us about your new bank account to ensure payment
25 September – members will be able to download their statements
27 September – payment date

All online services will be closed from 8 September while we process payments.
