SEPTEMBER 2018 DISTRIBUTION

ALCS will pay out around £10.3 million gross to 24,000 members, with payments reaching members’ bank accounts on or around 26 September.

ARE YOU DUE A PAYMENT?

If you are, we will:

  • send an email to your registered email address to let you know your statement is ready to download
  • add a notification to your online account to let you know that there is a new statement available to download.

If you don’t receive an email and there is no notification in your online account, then you haven’t received a payment this time round. It’s worth remembering that the September distribution is the smaller of our two distributions and that different income streams can be received by ALCS at different times.

We’re not sending out any paper statements to members, so you’ll need to log in to your online account to access them. If you don’t have an online account, please contact us and we can set up one for you.

MAKE SURE WE HAVE YOUR CURRENT BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS

Around 600 payments failed in our March distribution, so if you’ve recently changed your bank account, please let us know by 6 September. You can do this by either logging into your online account or by calling our membership team on 020 7264 5700.

KEY DATES

6 September – last date to tell us about your new bank account to ensure payment.
26 September – payment date.
