Does your device automatically fill in your log in details?

Internet browsers (such as safari, chrome or edge) offer users the option to save their passwords so that you don’t have to remember them each time you login to an online account. This is very useful in helping users manage their online accounts, but watch out for these saved settings on your device if you’ve recently changed your password! Your device won’t ‘autofill’ the new one, it’ll still have the old one saved so just to make sure you’re entering the correct password, delete what’s there and re-type it in (and ask it to remember your new details if you want to). You can watch the video above for more help on logging in.

No need to tell us about chapters and co-authors

When you’re entering a work in your online account, simply add the book that your contribution appears in and we’ll do the rest. When we’re allocating payments, we’ll look at each title and check that we’ve got the contributions correct, so you no longer need to tell us the chapter you wrote, or specify any other details – this includes any co-authors on your work.

Deleting work

If you have the wrong work on your account, or you’ve made a mistake that you are unable to edit yourself, please contact our distributions department (details at the bottom of the page).
