This is a usage-based scheme, which means payments are calculated by usage data we receive from third parties. Ensure you’re receiving the maximum income due to you by giving us details of all your scripted works – including, if you have this information, when and where your programmes have been transmitted.

Who qualifies for payment?

All individuals with a credited written contribution to a TV or radio work produced in the UK qualify. These include:

• Scriptwriters
• Adaptors
• Dramatists
• Devisors
• Abridgers
• Authors of underlying works (books that have been adapted into scripts)
