As a Member of ALCS, you’re entitled to certain discounts to help make your life as a writer easier.

50% discount on an annual subscription to The Bookseller

The Bookseller is offering a 50% discount to members of ALCS on their magazine and digital subscriptions. Thanks to a government announcement, the publication no longer has to charge VAT to new subscribers based in the UK. This means that writers who want to purchase a personal subscription will not only get the weekly Bookseller magazine at the special half-price ALCS rate, they also won’t have to pay any VAT on top of that.

Subscribing to The Bookseller can help you keep pace with the book trade from the inside and provide you with a constant source of facts and ideas, all in one place. Get access to the latest book charts, previews, publishing news and much more. See more details here.
