2019 ALCS Board election: Key Dates

Preparations for the 2019 ALCS Board election are well under way. With voting due to open on 28 October, here are the key dates you need to make a note of. We urge you to use your vote!

 7 October

Nominations close

If you’re interested in standing as a Board member, you’ll need to have the support of four other ALCS members to do so. Nomination emails were sent out by Civica Electoral Services (CES previously ERS) on 9 September. Make sure to check your junk or spam folders if you haven’t received this email and add alcs.voting@cesvotes.com to your safe sender list to ensure you receive all relevant correspondence in the future.

 

28 October

Election opens

Invitations to the ALCS AGM go out by post and email via CES. This year’s AGM will take place at The Vermont Hotel, Newcastle upon Tyne on 28 November.

Online voting opens for AGM Agenda items.

 

18 November

Election closes

Make sure you vote by 18 November and ensure you’ve had your say as to who our next Board members should be.

 

25 November

Online voting closes for AGM Agenda items

If you’re unable to vote on agenda items in person at the AGM this year, make sure you have your say by casting your vote online.

 

28 November

ALCS AGM

Elected Board Directors announced.
